Q: When is the best time to drink Pureboost?
A: You can have it in the morning and as a mid-afternoon pick-me-up. Athletes like it before or during a workout because it helps them train harder, without adding the calories and sugars that other sports drinks contain. College students can drink Pureboost during study hours to keep them alert and focused without the jitters from high sugar energy drinks.
Q: What’s the best way to drink Pureboost?
A: Mix with 16-20 ounces of cold water. If you prefer a lighter taste, add more water.
Q: Does it stay foamy or fizzy?
A: Once mixed, the foam settles and a light effervescence remains for a bright refreshing pick me up.
Q: How many can I take a day?
A: We recommend up to 3 packets. However, each person is different with how they react to caffeine so adjust accordingly to what best suits you.
Q: Does it have caffeine?
A: Yes, it has 100 mg of caffeine from natural sources of green tea. For comparison, a Venti Blonde Roast at Starbucks has 475 mg of caffeine, nearly 5X as much as in Pureboost!
Q: How is it sweetened?
A: Most importantly, what is Pureboost NOT sweetened with? Nothing artificial! No sucralose, no sugar! We only use the natural sweeteners stevia and erythritol.
Stevia leaf extract comes from the sweet leaves of the stevia plant, a member of the chrysanthemum family. To extract the plant’s intense natural sweetness, stevia leaves are harvested and dried. The leaves are then steeped in hot water. The resulting liquid extract is filtered, purified, and dried. The resulting crystalline extract is about 200 times sweeter than sugar.
Erythritol is a natural sweetener that is found in a variety of fruits, such as grapes, pears, and watermelon, as well as in mushrooms and certain fermented foods, such as soy sauce and wine. The erythritol used in Pureboost is produced through a natural fermentation process. Erythritol is classified as a sugar alcohol, but, unlike other sugar alcohols such as xylitol and sorbitol, erythritol has zero calories and will not cause gastrointestinal issues.
Q: Why does Pureboost contain turmeric, ginger and green tea?
A: Turmeric, ginger and green tea are 3 of nature’s most powerful botanical antioxidants that have many scientifically validated benefits for mind and body.
Turmeric is our super botanical secret and may be one of nature’s greatest gifts! It contains the key ingredient curcumin which is remarkably strong in scavenging and neutralizing damaging free radicals. It may be nature’s single greatest antioxidant!
Our turmeric is enhanced with a wide range of supporting antioxidants including ginger, green tea, vitamin C and vitamin E, for full spectrum antioxidant support and protection!
Q: What are the benefits of Vitamin B-12?
A: Vitamin B-12 helps maintain energy levels because it helps convert carbohydrates into usable glucose in the body. It helps support brain function and neurological function and plays a role in maintaining heart health and healthy skin and hair. It has also been shown to help produce red blood cells and support healthy digestion.
Vitamin B-12 is a water-soluble vitamin. With these types of vitamins the digestive tract absorbs what it needs and gets rid of any excess. B-12 injections, with higher levels than this are a commonly used healthcare treatment and are even reimbursed by some health insurers.
Q: Is it safe for children?
A: Pureboost contains 100 mg of natural caffeine from green tea. Most pediatricians do not recommend caffeine for children however it is up to parents to determine if Pureboost is suitable for their children.
Q: Why does it contain silica?
A: Silica is a trace mineral that is considered to be an essential nutrient for stronger bones, better skin and more flexible joints. In Pureboost, it also helps the product to stay dry and free-flowing.
Q: What specifically is in 'natural flavors'?
A:Our flavor supply company we use has confirmed that the natural flavors in Pureboost are of natural origin and do not contain any artificial flavors. We can’t disclose what the exact components of our natural flavors in Pureboost are because a competitor would more easily be able to duplicate our product. We consider our formula proprietary information. Thanks for asking!
Q: Does this contain grapefruit or the grapefruit enzyme?
A: The natural flavors in Citrus Sunrise does not contain grapefruit protein.
Q: Is Pureboost Vegan?
A: Yes, Pureboost is vegan.
Q: What is VIB Rewards?
A: It's our way of showing our loyal customers (like you!) just how much we appreciate you. It's a point-based system, offering rewards in exchange for points accumulated from each purchase. A: After you’re logged in, your points will be listed at the top of the page here: www.pureboost.com/pages/rewards.
Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: Go to www.pureboost.com/pages/rewards, then click the tab titled *Redeem Points*. From here you’ll see all the rewards we offer, how many points they’re worth, and can make your selection. (Please note: Some rewards may require you to have a paid item in your cart in order to redeem. For these items, simply add a paid item to your cart, navigate back to the VIB Rewards page, and you'll be able to claim your reward.)
Q: What are the different tiers and how do I level up to the next one?
A: There are 3 tiers: VIB Gold, VIB Platinum, and VIB Elite. Most people will start out in the VIB Gold tier (unless you have a subscription). You will need to earn at least 1000+ points in a one-year period in order to move up to the next tier, VIB Platinum. To become a part of our top tier, VIB Elite, all you need to do is become a subscriber. There is no point minimum to becoming a part of the VIB Elite tier. Q: How do I maintain my tier status?
A: Tier status for VIB Gold and VIB Platinum tiers are determined based on annual point accumulation. Once you’ve achieved VIB Platinum, you will stay a part of that tier for 12 months. You will need to earn at least 1000+ points annually to maintain your VIB Platinum status. For VIB Platinum, as long as your subscription is active, you will maintain your tier status.

A: In your account, please click Manage Subscriptions. You will see your next charge date listed next to your subscription plan.
Q: Can I change my subscription?
A: Yes, you can change your subscription 5 days before your next shipment date.
Q: How do I change my subscription plan?
A: Here’s how to change your subscription plan:
- Login to your Pureboost account.
- Click Manage Subscriptions.
- On the Subscription Orders page click Edit under Actions.
- Click Change product variant and select the flavor you want from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save.
Q: How can I skip a shipment?
A: Here's how:
- Login to your Pureboost account.
- Click Manage Subscriptions
- Under Delivery schedule you will see your monthly subscription shipping dates for the next four months.
- Click Skip for the month you want to skip.
Q: How can I cancel my subscription?
A: If you would like to cancel your subscription plan, you must do so 5 days before the next billing date. Otherwise, you will be charged for the next scheduled Pureboost shipment.
Here’s how to cancel your subscription:
- Login to your Pureboost account.
- Click Manage Subscriptions.
- On the Subscription Orders page click Cancel under Actions.

Q: How do I re-activate my subscription?
A: In your account, please click Manage Subscriptions. You will see Re-activate listed next to your subscription plan. Click Re-activate on the subscription plan you want to continue.

Q: When will my package ship?
A: Packages ship USPS from our warehouse within 24 hours, often same day, and normally arrive in 3-5 business days.
Q: How can I track my shipment?
A: Check your inbox for emails from Pureboost. You will have an email notification that your order has shipped and the tracking link is inside.
Q: Where is my shipment?
A: If your shipment has not arrived after 5 business days, send us an email at hello@pureboost.com with your order details and we will get it resolved.
