We've got answers.
Got questions about VIB rewards? We've got clean-cut answers.
What is VIB Rewards?
Pureboost VIB Rewards is our loyalty program designed to thank our awesome energy fans. Earn points for shopping online, sharing reviews, following on social media, and more. Then trade those points in for discounts and exclusive gear!
Who is eligible to join?
Anyone is welcome to sign up! Registration is 100% free and takes less than a minute. Simply create an account on our website to immediately start earning points.
How do I view my point balance?
Just log into your Pureboost account. Your dashboard will display your real-time point balance, tier status, and a direct breakdown of how you earned them.
What are the different tiers?
Our program features three levels: Gold (starter), Platinum (upon earning 1,000+ total points), and Elite (granted immediately to active Pureboost subscribe-and-save members).
Do my points ever expire?
Your loyalty points remain active as long as you make at least one purchase or earn points once within a rolling 12-month period. We'll always email you a reminder before they expire!
Can I use discount rewards towards a subscription?
Absolutely! When you redeem a discount code, you can easily apply it to your active subscription tier right from your subscription portal.
Where can I report a problem or give feedback?
We want your VIB experience to be perfect. Reach out to our dedicated support crew anytime at hello@pureboost.com, and we'll resolve any issue in a flash.
