REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you would like to return an item to Pureboost, you must contact us within 30 days of the order date to request a return.
Simply follow these steps:

Please ensure that the product is packed in a box or mailer. Additionally, the package must be dropped off within 30 days of the return request date.
We will not accept the return once the 30 days have passed.
We will initiate your refund as soon as we receive your package back to our warehouse, and it has been stowed. Your refund will be processed within 1 – 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or payment method charged when ordering the product. Once a return is processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your method of payment.
Items shipped to an improper address due to your failure to contact us for a return are not our responsibility to refund or reship. Returned product(s) will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued. Items MUST be unopened, and the seal must be completely intact for refunds to be issued.
If you have not contacted us within 30 days of your order date to initiate a return, your item will NOT be refunded. Pureboost is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer online.
**This return and refund policy applies to one-time orders placed on pureboost.com only. The policy is subject to change without notice; some restrictions may apply to subscription orders. Please refer to recurring subscriptions for further details.
If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered you may request a reship of the order with no additional shipping fee. **This does not apply to Refused Packages. Please see the Refused Packages section below.
REFUSED PACKAGES: Given the choice, rather than refuse the package, please accept it and contact us immediately so we may process the return appropriately. If you refuse to accept your package for any reason other than damage to the package, you may receive a refund for the products, minus $9.00 for a restocking fee, if and when we receive the package back to our warehouse. You must contact us at hello@pureboost.com to confirm your refusal.
If you refuse to accept your package because there is obvious damage to the package or to the items in the package, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping or any processing fee. If the package is received back to the warehouse, we can reship you a new package at no additional cost to you.
If you subsequently determine after you open the package that there are defective/damaged Items, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange. This may include, for example, damage to the seal of the package, causing a product to leak out, or a slash or puncture wound through the package. We will have the damaged/defective product returned to us with free shipping included. We must receive the product back in order to send you a replacement product.
Please contact us immediately at hello@pureboost.com if you refuse a package so we know it is on the way back to us.
PLEASE NOTE: Refused shipments and packages have been known to get lost in the return process and may not be returned to us. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Pureboost, our mission is to leave you feeling satisfied. We’re here to help if you have any problems with our products and would love to work with you to find the right match.
With our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee refund, you may receive a full refund for one (1) opened product per first order. If you order and open two (2) of the same items, you may only receive a refund on one (1) of those opened items.
You must submit your refund request within 30 days of your order date, or we will not be able to accept it. The Customer Satisfaction Guarantee applies to your first order only, whether it’s a subscription or a one-time purchase order.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for up to 30 days of the purchase date. Refund processing times may vary and require 5-10 business days, depending on your banking institution; credits may not appear on your account right away. You may need to check with your bank or credit card company if you think there has been an error or to ensure the refund is processed. If you continue to have issues after 10 days, please contact us by e-mailing hello@pureboost.com. Only one refund or replacement order per customer. Replacement orders and guarantees are for www.pureboost.com purchases only. We process product replacements, partial refunds, store credit, and payment refunds at our discretion.
Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds will not be provided for shipping costs or accessories such as eco mugs, ceramic mugs, or sampler packs.
SHIPPING
Pureboost offers UPS and USPS ground shipping that, after receiving your shipping confirmation email, will usually deliver within 7 days to 10 business days of the order to households in the contiguous United States, with longer ship times to destinations outside the contiguous United States. Shipments are retrieved from our warehouse Monday through Friday.
We have partnered with different shipping carriers across the U.S., so you may experience your orders delivered in separate packages. This can vary by order and region.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
Promotions and coupon codes are valid for a limited time. Pureboost reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or decline promotions at our discretion. Coupon codes cannot be combined, and only one code is allowed per transaction. Recurring subscription items, bundles, variety packs, and clearance products are excluded from website promotions. RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS
Pureboost customers have the option to select a subscription at checkout. Subscriptions are by selection only and provide the option to receive a discount on recurring shipments. Subscriptions are never automatically applied to accounts and must be initiated by the customer. Customers who choose to sign up for a recurring subscription will be auto-shipped their Pureboost purchase every 30 days* by default. PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are not current payment methods for subscriptions.
Subscriptions may be canceled or changed at any time, however, if cancellations or changes are not submitted before your renewal date, the subscription order may have already been packaged and become ineligible for cancellation of the individual order. Any changes made will take effect on the next billing cycle. If your auto-payment has already been processed, we cannot retrieve your package for any changes or cancellations. You may not receive any refunds based on a late subscription cancellation. If you need assistance canceling your subscription, you may email hello@pureboost.com. Cancellations outside of self-service through your account may take up to 48 hours to process. Any shipments processed within those 48 hours will still be applied to the customer account. We make every attempt to process your requests immediately.
