Good stuff, I have been looking everywhere for something like this, with methylated vitamin B12 a very small percentage of companies will go above with choosing better Ingredients like this one. When I see that, I can say the rest is all quality too. These are great for the days you need a little boost and don't want to take a handful of vitamins because you're on the go. I have the strawberry lemonade, the elderberry and the tropical. I like all the flavors and will probably get more variety soon to not get tired with the flavors. Way better for you than a red bull or a munster.
