I use the regular PureBoost daily in 22 oz of water (only 1/2 pack) with my other electrolytes. A full pack is too sweet for me. The Immune Blend Tropical Spark: I add 1/3 packet to either my Yerba Mate or green tea. It gives it just the right hint of sweetness and flavor.

I could not drink this. It was bitter and chalky tasting. I wish i had not purchased 3 boxes. What a waste of money.
